Victor Lahai Amara
Founder & Leader
Victor Lahai Amara is the Founder and Director of VLA Consultancy Services Ltd. He is an experienced business leader with an international background in financial management, programme leadership, organisational development, and consultancy.
Throughout his career, Victor has held senior leadership positions within World Bank-funded projects, international and national non-governmental organisations, and public sector initiatives. His expertise includes financial management, strategic planning, governance, business development, and organisational improvement.
Victor is committed to helping businesses and organisations strengthen performance, improve compliance, and achieve sustainable growth through practical, results-driven consultancy. He is currently completing a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Psychology at the University of Portsmouth, further enhancing his expertise in leadership, safeguarding, and organisational development.
